Take care of yourself, but without sacrificing the taste and sophistication of the fusion japo cuisine. This is the proposal launched by Sushita Café with its Set Lunch Healthy.

Prepared under the supervision of the Doctor Biomedical Engineer, Expert in Biophysiology and Evolutionary Nutrition of the Institute of Integral Regenerative Biosalud, Iñaki Iglesias, and the Expert Coach in Evolutionary Nutrition of the Directorate of Health, Nutrition and Environment, Leire Cepa, this individual menu sum only 440 kilocalories and includes four units of salmon sashimi, half maki roll of spicy tuna and dobin mushi soup (with seaweed, soy, sake, shiitake mushroom, chicken and quail egg) as well as adding two of the most traditional dishes of its menu (pods of edamame with sichimi and salt of Kalahari and wok of quinoa with vegetables). To finish such a healthy meal, the set also has a hot or cold organic tea and a mini organic artisan pole.

Once again, Sushita Café remains faithful to the philosophy it has defended since its inception: health care with proposals ranging from the use of alkaline water, kale lettuce, Kalahari salt or organic fish and sustainable fishing , among others.
