Jornadas gastronómicas en Barcelona y Vitoria


Hoy dan comienzo dos citas gastro que sorprenderán al público con las propuestas más innovadoras y sabrosas del arte culinario.
 
Miniature Pintxos Congress 

Este congreso de la cocina en miniatura, los pintxos y las tapas, que celebra sus jornadas profesionales del 12 al 14 de marzo de 2018 en el Palacio de Congresos Europa de Vitoria-Gasteiz, dispone además de un programa de actividades lúdico y sociales, que llevará el congreso a la ciudad, y que se celebran entre el 8 y el 11 de marzo.

La jornada del 8 de marzo marcará el comienzo de las actividades lúdico y sociales programadas por Miniature Pintxos Congress bajo el título “En Femenino”, en la que sor Lucía Caram y Mensajeros de la Paz, junto a un nutrido grupo de destacadas cocineras profesionales debatirán sobre la situación de la mujer en el contexto de la gastronomía, así como las acciones que se llevan a cabo en el empoderamiento de mujeres en estos contextos.

Passeig de Gourmets 

Se trata del primer festival gastronómico de Passeig de Gràcia, que dará comienzo del 8 al 18 de marzo para mostrar las mejores tendencias culinarias de la avenida más cosmopolita de Barcelona. Durante diez días, los 20 restaurantes más destacados de la zona ofrecerán diferentes propuestas basadas en las cuatro actividades del festival: la Ruta de Platillos, los Menús Degustación, los Menús a 4 manos y los Showcookings. 

  1. Ruta de Platillos: La ruta más viva y festiva de Passeig de Gourmets permite visitar doce de los restaurantes participantes, disfrutando de sus platillos por 7€. 
  2. Menús a 4 manos: Las noches más exclusivas de Passeig de Gourmets llegan con los Menús a 4 manos liderados por los reputados chefs Martín Berasategui (6 de marzo, Lasarte***), Joan Roca (8 de marzo, Roca Moo*), Carme Ruscalleda (15 de marzo, Moments**) y Nandu Jubany (15 de marzo, El Restaurant del Majestic) junto a Paolo Casagrande, Rafa Panatieri, Raül Balam y David Romero, respectivamente. 
  3. Showcookings: De carácter gratuito, Passeig de Gourmets ofrece 3 showcookings donde aprender a disfrutar de la cocina con los chefs Giovanni Esteve en el Hotel Alma, David Romero y el chef influencer Rafa Antonín en Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona, y Miguel Muñoz en el Hotel The One Barcelona.

Miniature Pintxos Congress

Passeig de Gourmets

It is the first gastronomic festival of Passeig de Gràcia, which will start from 8 to 18 March to show the best culinary trends of the most cosmopolitan avenue in Barcelona. Menus with 4 hands: The most exclusive nights of Passeig de Gourmets arrive with Menus at 4 hands led by the renowned chefs Martín Berasategui (March 6, Lasarte ***), Joan Roca (March 8, Roca Moo *), Carme Ruscalleda (March 15, Moments **) and Nandu Jubany (March 15, El Restaurant del Majestic) with Paolo Casagrande, Rafa Panatieri, Raul Balam and David Romero, respectively.
