Brunch al ritmo de la música de los años 70

Creando una simbiosis perfecta entre gastronomía y música en directo, el brunch de Barbara Ann conmemora el 50 aniversario de los seis discos más famosos de la década de los 70.En esta década se respiraba un ambiente efervescente y de cambio que llevó a que se viviera una auténtica explosión musical. Mientras que la sociedad experimentaba grandes cambios, las grandes estrellas del rock crearon seis discos que cumplen hoy 50 años. El aniversario de estos hits en la historia de la música ha servido de pretexto para dar nombre al brunch más rockero de la capital con una serie de platos que rinden tributo a estos álbumes. 

Dicha propuesta, confeccionada para hacer disfrutar y sacar el espíritu más rebelde al ritmo de la música, comienza con “Exile On Main Street” de The Rolling Stones, unos huevos benedict con salmón y aguacate braseado. Otra opción salada es “Harvest”, del cantante canadiense Neil Young, es decir, unos huevos benedict con pavo, trufa y queso braseado. Para continuar, hay una serie de platos dulces e irresistibles en los que cabe destacar “The Rise And Fall of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars” del eterno David Bowie, unos pancakes artesanos con helado de vainilla, fresas y sirope de arce o un “Vol.4” de la banda británica Black Sabbath, un crujiente croissant con Nutella, helado y frutos rojos.

Pero este festival no termina aquí, el brunch más rockero se acompaña con una carta de dos cócteles: “Transformer”, obra del padre del rock alternativo Lou Reed que se traduce en un mix elaborado con Ron Zacapa 23, Amaretto, piña y chocolate blanco. Para los amantes del funk, está disponible “Talking Book” de Stevie Wonder, un cóctel elaborado con Ciroc Vodka, pomelo rosa, jengibre y miel.

The anniversary of these hits in music history has served as a pretext to give its name to the capital's rockiest brunch with a series of dishes that pay tribute to these albums.

This proposal, made to make you enjoy and bring out the most rebellious spirit to the rhythm of the music, begins with "Exile On Main Street" by The Rolling Stones, some eggs Benedict with salmon and grilled avocado. Another savory option is “Harvest”, by Canadian singer Neil Young, that is, eggs Benedict with turkey, truffle and grilled cheese.
